She tries to help others whenever she can, avoids unnecessary conflict, and works to resolve any issues in a calm and respectful way. She also values strong relationships with coaches and teammates. She feels very close to her team, spends a lot of time with them, and maintains a respectful, supportive relationship with her coaching staff.
